Light as a feather
Materials:
Piece of white organza fabric; flower cuffs (nursery or flower shop); gift ribbon; peacock feathers (both Knorr Prandell); gift tag
Instructions:
Measure the circumference and height of the bottle and add approx. 15 cm (6 inches) to both dimensions so that the fabric covers the bottle completely. Cut a rectangle of organza to the calculated dimensions. Hem all edges of the fabric narrowly. Wrap the bottle with the organza, adhering the fabric with adhesive tape, if needed. Slide a flower cuff over the bottle and decorate the bottle with ribbon, feather, gift tag, etc..
