Be it in town or at the beach, this dress is simply stunning! The bodice requires
some sewing skill, as the outer fabric must be draped onto the bustier shell, thus creating a lovely contrast to the soft, fluttery knee-length skirt!

Great dress with an inspired flair! I like how the top pulls the waistline in, very flattering. This could be fitted to a wide variety of figures and could be easily modified to enhance or hide the bust area. Moving the wrap up a bit would work great for a fuller figure or someone who does not want to draw attention to the waste line.
