I made the top and also found the chest too big. It wasn't diffacult to take in as jersey overloked so well and I managed to take the side and facing in in one straight line this worked welland it now fits and looks good. I have bought some lovely stretch velout from C & H fabrics in Winchester to make the trousers and jacket. I will comment when job is done!
