Casual, loosely fitting hip-hugger pants/trousers have a straight waistband and pant legs which narrow toward the hem. Fashionistas will wear them ankle-length with cuffs.

These look nice, but why are they rated "medium" difficulty level? They look much easier than a few of the items that are rated "easy" or even "very easy."
