A new skirt form with waist accent and generous fullness at the hem – a wide yoke and soft pleats make it possible. For view A, the yoke is cut high and fitted to the body with section seams. For view B, in chic plaid, the yoke is cut on the bias. The skirt, view C, is drawn-in at the hem to create a balloon style.
